Prep the asparagus: Wash the asparagus well, then soak in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly and toss with a light spray of olive oil.
Air fry: Spread the asparagus evenly across the air fryer drawer or basket. Set the air fryer to 200°C and allow it to preheat. Once ready, cook for 3 minutes.
Adjust doneness: Toss the asparagus and cook for an additional 2 minutes if you prefer a more charred finish.
Finish & serve: Remove with tongs, season with salt and pepper, and wrap the asparagus with Parma ham. Serve immediately with a drizzle of lemon juice and lemon butter.
