Non-perishable items may be returned to the store within 7 days of purchase.
Please make sure the item is in its original packaging and that you have your Oxford till slip with you.
This includes meat, fresh produce, dairy, hot foods and bakery items.
Perishable items must be returned to the store within 24 hours of purchase. Items should be in their original packaging and must include the Oxford label and/or till slip.
For cold chain, health and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Returned products must show no visible signs of being tampered with.
All returns and exchanges are handled at the store manager’s discretion.
