
Mix the base:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yoghurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. If adding fruit or a fruit puree, stir it in now for flavour and colour.
Freeze:
Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top and cover tightly. Freeze for 4–6 hours, stirring every hour for a softer texture, or freeze overnight for a firmer consistency.
Serve:
Scoop into bowls or cones. Top with fresh fruit, granola, or a drizzle of honey for added texture and sweetness.
