600g Spicy Mutton Bangers

1 tbsp Oil

1 Onion chopped

1 Green Pepper Chopped

1 Carrot Grated

2 Cloves Garlic minced

1 tsp Curry powder

1 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Chilli flakes

1 can Baked Beans in tomato sauce

1/2 cup Grated Cheese

Salt & Pepper, taste

Prepare Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta, stirring occasionally, until al dente according to package directions, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.

Sauté:
Heat oil in a deep skillet or large pot. Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cook until soft.

Spice it up: Add curry powder, paprika, and chili flakes. Stir for 1–2 minutes.


Add all ingredients: Toss in the grated carrot, then stir in the baked beans, let simmer for 7 minutes, add Mutton Bangers simmer for 10 minutes before adding pasta.


Simmer: Let simmer for 7 minutes until thick and well combined. Salt & pepper to taste.

Sprinkle cheese, 2 minutes before serving
