  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup full cream yoghurt

1. Make the dough:

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add the yoghurt until a dough forms.
  • Knead for a few minutes until slightly sticky.

2. Rest the dough:

  • Divide the dough into small balls.
  • Let them rest for at least 10 minutes.

3. Roll and cook:

  • Roll each ball out very thin.
  • Place in the air fryer drawer and cook at 185°C for 4–6 minutes until puffed and fully cooked.

Tip: Keep an eye on the flatbread as cooking times may vary depending on thickness and air fryer model.
