1. Marinate the Wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine 30ml olive oil, Harissa Paste, garlic, hot honey, and a pinch of salt.
Add the chicken wings and toss until they’re fully coated in the spicy-sweet marinade.
2. Air Fry to Perfection
Place the wings into the Versazone ClearCook Air Fryer.
Select Air Fry mode, set to 200°C, and cook for 20–25 minutes — until golden, sticky, and cooked through.
3. Prepare the Dip
While the wings cook, mix Greek yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Basil & Lemon Pesto in a small bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Serve & Enjoy
Plate the wings hot from the fryer, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and serve alongside your zesty pesto dip for the perfect balance of heat and freshness.
Tip: For extra crunch, give the wings a final 2-minute blast at 220°C before serving.
