
Prepare the coating station:
Set up three bowls — one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the chicken:
Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with seasoned breadcrumbs. Press lightly to help crumbs stick.
Fry the nuggets:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Once hot (about 175°C), fry nuggets in batches for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Drain and serve:
Transfer nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with your favourite dipping sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, or sweet chilli.
