  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for extra flavour)
  • 3–4 ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • Blend the ingredients:
    In a blender, combine the banana, peanut butter, milk, honey (if using), and cinnamon (if using). Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder smoothie.

    Blend until smooth:
    Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

    Serve:
    Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few crushed peanuts for an added crunch.
