  • 2 quarter loaves of bread, toasted on each side (Kota)
  • 4 portions Sea Harvest Crisp & Chunky tempura batter hake
  • 3 Tbsp spicy mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp mild atchar
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 300 g potato chips
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the Air Fryer
Switch on your Instant Vortex Versazone Airfryer.

2. Cook the Hake and Chips
Place the hake on one side of the double-drawer basket and the potato chips on the other.
Season the potato chips with salt and pepper. Close the air fryer drawer.

3. Set Cooking Temperatures

  • Hake side: 180°C for 15 minutes
  • Potato chips side: 200°C for 20 minutes
    Press the sync finish button and start.
    Meanwhile, fry the eggs and toast the bread.

4. Prepare the Bread
Remove the soft inside of the toasted bread to make space for the filling.

5. Assemble the Kota

  • Spread spicy mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer mild atchar, lettuce, potato chips, hake, cheese, and egg.
  • Top with extra mayonnaise and serve immediately.Tip: Serve hot for the perfect crunchy, creamy, and flavorful kota experience!
