- Spread yogurt or sour cream over the base of each tortilla.
- Add a few strips of chicken, then some cooked peppers and onions.
- Top with pico de gallo, a sprinkle of cheese, sliced jalapenos, and coriander sprigs.
- Roll up the tortillas and secure with a small skewer.
7. Crisp Up the Fajitas
- Lightly spray rolled fajitas with olive oil.
- Air fry at 180°C/350°F for 5 minutes until slightly crisp.
8. Serve
- Serve with guacamole or any additional toppings of your choice.
